Website of fiction Writer K. Edward Bevier.
Feel free to root around and leave me a post if you have something to say. This website encourages reader involvement and comment, so if you would like to let me know what kinds of things you might find interesting, I would be most grateful.
I am particularly interested in bits of history forgotten by the mainstream. For example; the story of Marion Overend, a Canadian nurse and the only woman to die in an airplane during the First World War.
Or Alonzo Stokes, who beat the Wright Brothers into the air by several years, only to languish in obscurity because his first flight ended by crashing into an outhouse occupied at the time by Widow Ledbetter.
Do you have a good story? Better yet, do you have a great question?
I’m all eyes.
